GENERAL

1. What is PornFlix.Ca and how does the service work?

PornFlix offers a unique service where you can rent an unlimited number of adult DVD's for one low monthly price. You browse through our movie selection and pick the movies you'd like to see and add them to a queue called the Flix-List©. You'll then receive your selected movies (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 at a time) depending on your plan. We include a postage-paid envelope, so once you're finished watching your selections, just drop the discs in any mailbox. When we receive your returned movie(s), we'll ship your next selections.

2. How much is your service?

  •   1 DVD at a time - $14.99

  • 2 DVDS at a time - $19.99

  • 3 DVDS at a time - $24.99

  • 4 DVDS at a time - $29.99

  • 5 DVDS at a time - $34.99

For more details on plans and pricing, please click  here.  There are no other hidden costs or fees.  You may change your plan at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you will only be billed the difference in plans. If you choose to downgrade or cancel your plan, you will not receive a refund for the partially used month.

3. What is required to sign up?

All you need to do to sign up is fill out our simple registration form and pay through PayPa©l.  Using PayPal©, we can assure you that your credit card information is kept completely confidential and away from prying eyes.   If you don't already have a PayPal© account, getting one is as easy as filling out a quick form after you have selected your monthly plan, or to register for a PayPal© account, please click here. Paypal© is owned by Ebay©.

4. How do I find a movie?

Finding movies will be a breeze using our search engine. You can enter criteria in the search field, and our engine will search for a title, performer, or director to match your criteria.

5.  How do I rent a movie?

Once you've searched through our movies and found one you'd like to watch, just click the RENT button next to the title and it will automatically be added to your Flix-List©.  It's as simple as that.

6. How long can I keep a movie?

You can keep a movie as long as you'd like without any late fees or any other hidden charges. But remember...The sooner you finish with a movie and send it back, the sooner you get your next movie off your Flix-List© line up.

7. How many movies can I rent at once?

The amount of movies you can check out at once all depends on your plan (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5). For example, if you signed up for the three movie plan, you can have three movies at once. When you return one movie back, we send out the first available movie from your Flix-List©.  If you choose to send back two movies, then we send out two more from your list...and so forth.

8. What about the availability?

One of our goal at PornFlix is to make sure there is a large supply of DVD's available.  To ensure this, we have new movies coming in all the time, so there is no need to worry that your going to run out of unwatched movies to rent.  Also, if you know of a specific title you'd like us to carry, please suggest it on our Contact page.

If there is a movie at the top of your Flix-List© and is scheduled to be shipped out, but hasn't been returned yet, we will wait until the very end of the day to see if that movie was returned and is available.  Although we try our best to get the movies at the top of your Flix-List© out to you, sometimes the movies are just unavailable.  To ensure you have the maximum number of movies available to you at all times, please try and have your Flix-List© filled with at least 15 movies at all times.

9. What if I receive a DVD and it's physically damaged?

So long as we don't have a record of several damaged discs coming back from you, you don't need to worry about it.  Mistakes happen.  Just submit a damage report on our Contact page and send us back the damaged disc.  When we receive it, we'll send you a new one.

10. How do I cancel my account?

Cancellation is as simple as visiting our Contact page. Just select "Cancellation" in the drop down list and let us know you want to cancel in the message field.  Since each customer's feedback is important to us, we would appreciate it if you could mention why you chose to cancel your account.

Cancellations are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

  • Subscriber may cancel online anytime.

  • Cancellations take effect immediately. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of use.

  • All rented movies must be returned to PornFlix within 1 week of cancellation.

  • After cancellation, any unreturned rentals will be subject to standard PornFlix restocking fees based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price for the DVD.

SHIPPING

1. How do I receive my movies?

You will receive your movies through the mail in a discreet envelope.  The envelope contains the movie and another prepaid envelope so that you can return the movie.

2. How long will it take to get my movies?

We try our best to have movies shipped out and sent to you as soon as possible.  Most of our movies arrive within 1-4 days.  Please keep in mind that orders received on Sundays or holidays can't be processed until the following business day.

3. I am staying at a hotel. Can the movies be delivered there?

Due to many losses, we feel it is in our best interest not to ship to hotels or other such transitional addresses.

4. Are there any places you won't ship to?

Currently, we ship to anywhere in Canada except the territories. We are presently working on shipping to the US.

5. Will "PornFlix.Ca" show up on the packaging?

No! Discretion is very important to us and to our customers. Your movies will arrive in basic packaging with a return address and the name of our company "NEV INC".

BILLING

1. Do you have access to my credit card number?

No! This site does not have any access to your credit card information.  That is all taken care of by PayPal©.  This way, your credit card information is ensured complete privacy and security.

2. What day of the month will I get billed?

Your flat monthly membership fee (plus tax) is automatically billed on the monthly anniversary of your first charge. So if you signed up on the 14th of the month, your next charge will be on the 14th of the following month.

4. Will "PornFlix.Ca" show up on my credit card statement?

Again, since Discretion is very important, no sign of "PornFlix" will show up on your credit card statement either.

FLIX-LIST©

1. What is the Flix-List© and how does it work?

The Flix-List© is an ordered list of movies you would like to rent. This list will grow with as many movies as you put into it, so the more movies you have in your Flix-List© the greater the likelihood that you will always have the full number of discs (according to your pricing plan) in your possession.

Movies will be sent to you according to rank and availability. The number one slot will always have priority over the number two slot in your Flix-List©. If number one happens to be unavailable, we'll get you number two... and so on. The order of your Flix-List© will determine which movies get shipped out to you first.

2. A movie vanished from my Flix-List© & isn't on the site anymore! Where is it?

Occasionally we'll have to remove a title from our selection that is no longer available to rent. This is due to either a high breakage rate, or because it is out of print from the studio. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you need assistance finding a replacement title, please contact our customer support on our Contact page and they'd be glad to assist you.
